1. Continuously learn new technologies, programming languages, and tools relevant to the project.
2. Focus on quality work, document code, processes, and changes effectively to ensure that work is easily understandable and maintainable by others.
3. Work closely with senior developers, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals, contribute to discussions, and assist in planning and design processes.
