1. Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to support marketing strategies.
2. Run sales campaigns to generate new clients through cold calling, email, and digital marketing.
3. Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
4. Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and brainstorming new ideas.
5. Work closely with the team to ensure alignment with company goals and branding.
Requirement:
1. Recent graduates with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field from Tier II or Tier III colleges (0-1 year experience).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Able to start immediately on the job.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
