We are seeking a skilled 'Automation Software Engineer' to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Your expertise in Python, Selenium, REST API, SQL, and API testing will be crucial in driving our automation efforts and enhancing our development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement automated test scripts using Python and Selenium to validate software functionality.
2. Collaborate with development and QA teams to design and execute test plans for REST APIs and other software components.
3. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
4. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
5. Utilize SQL to query databases and validate data integrity as part of the testing process.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Python and Selenium.
3. Familiarity with REST API testing and experience with API tools.
4. Proficient in SQL for database testing and validation.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
