In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, particularly in the fields of Machine Learning, Python, and Node.js. Your effective communication skills will be essential in building relationships with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in technical fields.
2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
4. Utilize your knowledge of machine learning, Python, and Node.js to better understand candidate qualifications and technical skills.
5. Create engaging video content to promote our company culture and job opportunities to potential candidates.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles in Machine Learning, Python, and Node.js.
3. Experience in video making or content creation is a plus.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
