2. Clearly communicate the value proposition of HumLife360's subscription services, emphasizing how it can positively impact their lives
3. Convert them into actual paying Customers by getting them to register with the HumLife360 Application
4. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to enrollment in a subscription plan ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients
5. Address any concerns, objections, or questions that clients may have regarding the subscription
6. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in HumLife360's services
7. Maintain regular follow-up with clients to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales/conversion targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets
Requirements:
1. Proficient in MS-Office, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2. Excellent spoken and written English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
3. Proficient in spoken English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
5. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
7. Engage with users connected with HumLife360 on social media platforms, converting them into customers by getting them to register on the application
8. MBA preferred
9. Under the age of 35
10. Telesales experience with services preferred
11. Some experience with or knowledge of diabetes is preferred
