What we’re looking for:
1. Experience: 0-3 years in software development (freshers are welcome!).
2. Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar programming languages.
3. Interest in health-tech applications or healthcare data systems (EHR/EMR) is a plus.
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture is advantageous.
5. Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA (a plus but not mandatory for freshers).
6. A strong desire to learn, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
