As a Telecaller for Angel One, your role will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, educate them about financial products and services, and ultimately convert leads into customers. Your strong financial literacy and proficiency in MS-Excel will allow you to provide accurate and insightful information to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their investments. Your excellent spoken English skills will ensure effective communication and build trust with clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote financial products and services offered by Angel One.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
3. Utilize your financial literacy and MS-Excel skills to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
4. Identify and understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
6. Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system with relevant information.
7. Continuously improve your knowledge of financial products and market trends to better serve clients and drive sales growth.
