Job Description:
Centurion University of Technology & Management (CUTM) is hiring a Remote Telecalling Executive for night shift operations. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while ensuring timely and effective communication with prospective students. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Hindi, with a passion for assisting students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to engage prospective students and provide them with detailed information about our university and courses.
2. Address inquiries regarding admission procedures, course curriculum, and other relevant topics.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with students in the CRM system.
4. Follow up with prospective students through calls and emails to nurture leads and facilitate the admission process.
5. Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversions.
6. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless coordination and support for prospective students.
7. Stay updated with university policies, course offerings, and industry trends to effectively communicate with students.
8. Adhere to work-from-home guidelines and maintain a professional working environment during night shifts.

5. Comfortable working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

6. Reliable internet connection and a conducive work-from-home setup.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

8. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to prospective students.
