Research Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Follow the background verification standard
2. Check the authenticity of the candidate s qualifications, employment history & criminal records (databases)
3. Complete the allocated task within timelines along with the required standard as defined in the process(es)
4. Maintain/Update various MISs (individual log, contact database, etc.)
5. Co-operate in achieving the Individual as well as company goals (quality goal, productivity, etc.)
6. Ensure that any escalation/discrepancy must be reported/handled will in time.
7. Prepare reports
8. Work on any other task, as assigned by the reporting manager/authority
