About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on store operations management:
i. Oversee daily operations of all existing and upcoming stores.
ii. Ensure stores are fully stocked, well-maintained, and comply with company standards.
iii. Implement systems for efficient inventory management and loss prevention.
2. Work on customer experience & sales conversion:
i. Develop strategies to enhance in-store customer experiences.
ii. Train and guide store staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
iii. Monitor and improve sales conversions continuously, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Handle foot traffic & walk-ins:
i. Work with marketing teams to design and implement strategies for increasing foot traffic.
ii. Monitor walk-in trends and adapt store layouts or promotions to optimize customer flow.
iii. Foster strong community relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
4. Work on team leadership:
i. Recruit, train, and lead store staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
ii. Set performance goals for store managers and team members, offering feedback and support to achieve them.
iii. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between stores and head office.
5. Work on store upkeep & presentation:
i. Ensure all stores consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal.
ii. Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to resolve any issues promptly.
iii. Refresh store layouts periodically to align with customer preferences and brand aesthetics.
6. Work on financial management:
i. Monitor store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
ii. Implement and oversee cost control measures.
iii. Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, foot traffic, and staff productivity.
7. Work on expansion & new store launches:
i. Assist in the planning and execution of new store launches, including staffing, training, and initial marketing efforts.
ii. Ensure new stores quickly achieve operational efficiency and meet brand standards.
