1. Proven experience in a similar back-office or administrative role, preferably in sales or customer support
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and CRM software
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
6. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus
