Sales Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales activities by maintaining communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments
Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and proposals to ensure timely responses and proper documentation
2. Order Processing and Documentation: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently into the system. Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
3. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and issues regarding orders, deliveries, product information, and after-sales service
4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
5. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales team members
6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock availability
