About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources
4. Work on daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
6. Demonstrate willingness to be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization

Qualification/Education and Other Requirements:

1. Education: Any undergraduate (BBA, B.Tech, BA) etc.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication

3. Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability

4. Decision-making skills

5. Language required: English & Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu

6. (optional)

7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

8. Should be flexible for the day shift- (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)

9. Comfortable working 6 days a week (the week off will be on weekdays)

10. Immediate joiners preferred

About Training: Training will be provided for an initial few days for an employee to understand the end-to-end process.
