About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing sales calls, leads, and following up to close sales.
2. Meeting clients in person to understand requirements, provide quotes, and suggest options.
3. Reaching out to brands for marketplace listings and collaborations.
4. Updating and monitoring listing changes on the backend of the website.
5. Managing client and architect walk-ins at the studio space.
6. Attending to customer inquiries online and demonstrating a strong understanding of product knowledge.
