We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior telecaller to join our team at AJ Educational Immigration Consultants Inc. As a senior telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and persuading them to choose us for their immigration needs. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency in English will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
2. Provide accurate information about our immigration consulting services and answer any inquiries from clients.
3. Persuade clients to choose our company for their immigration needs through effective communication and rapport building.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions with clients.
5. Keep detailed records of all calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in immigration policies to better assist clients with their inquiries.
