Shopify Developer (Liquid) Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless, robust, and responsive front-end user experiences
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements at a moment's notice
3. Understand business needs that drive project features & and functions and provide internal consultation
4. Create and build tracking and conversion funnels and focus on improving business metrics to implement optimizations for eComm conversions
5. Recruit developers, coordinate their training, and encourage their advancement.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in and understanding of best practices for HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
2. Have experience in migrating the e-commerce ecosystem in Shopify, integrating third-party systems and Shopify-supported apps
3. Strong understanding of the e-commerce principles and the associated technology/tools
4. Comfortable using version control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub)
5. The ability to use Shopify Plus features including scripts and flow to best utilize the front and back-end capabilities of the Shopify platform in building, launching and maintaining Shopify websites.
6. Strong skills in MySQL, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services
7. Knowledge of additional platforms will be a plus
8. Working knowledge of the Shopify platform, as well as exposure to application development and the use of storefront APIs to extend Shopify functionality
9. Strong knowledge of liquid programming language and experience in the development and application of custom/bespoke Shopify themes and modifying the pre-existing template(s)

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms
2. 1+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML
3. Strong hands-on experience in daily eCom execution and process optimization
4. Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices
5. Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment
6. A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
