Key Responsibilities:

3. Train and supervise store staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
