a. Project Execution & Management:
1. Lead the survey, erection, commissioning, and testing of the conversion of the existing 11 kV HT Line by 55mm2 AAAC MVCC on existing poles.
2. Oversee erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
3. Assist the Project Manager in executing projects, including scheduling, shutdowns, and billing.
b. Stakeholder Coordination:
1. Liaise with local authorities, such as Forest and Railway departments, to secure necessary permissions.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and verify site activities, ensuring quality and timely execution.
3. Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues.
c. Quality & Compliance:
1. Inspect materials supplied to the site to ensure they meet project specifications.
2. Collaborate with Electrical Inspectors to obtain approval for the charging of HT/LT lines.
3. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
d. Billing & Documentation:
1. Verify subcontractor work and bills to support the monthly billing process.
2. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including engineering drawings, work orders, and BOQs.
