1. Work along with the senior researchers & consultants to deliver client assignments
2. Work on headhunting, market mapping, screening/profiling of candidates, name gathering, and team mapping as per the requirements of the clients
3. Conduct research on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) or industries & infrastructure (I&I) continuously to support the business development & knowledge base of the organization
4. Map potential talent pool through desk research focused on specific assignments from clients.
5. Work closely on the search strategy along with the consultants on individual mandates
6. Work on conducting mapping exercises to capture the movements and happenings of domain industry segments and add to our market intelligence pool
7. Counsel and interview candidates for suitable career opportunities & prepare brief profiles and assessment reports
8. Maintain and record a written correspondence of all candidate and client interfaces
9. Manage all other functions in candidate nurturance
