We have a critical requirement for a 'Talent Acquisition Executive' (sales/bulk hiring). A sales recruiter helps businesses hire skilled sales staff by identifying, attracting, and connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing job descriptions.
2. Advertising positions.
3. Screening candidates from Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, campus hiring, referencing, and LinkedIn.
4. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates.
5. Conducting F2F interviews - HR, ops, and business rounds.
6. Coordinating with hiring managers.
7. Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates.
8. Meeting monthly joiners target.
9. Providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications.
10. Managing the data.

1. 6 days working (Mon- Saturday) 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.
3. Postgraduate in HR or MBA HR required.
4. Ready to travel to Baner office (WFO) within 20 KM range from office.
5. Experience required- ( 0.6 Months to 1.5 Years of Experience in sales/bulk hiring).
6. Preferred background- Consultancy working for banking/Edtech/ BPO clients.
Personal attribute required:
1. The candidate should be confident, have good communication skills, and should be a good listener.
2. The candidate should have great skills at headhunting and market mapping alongside being a multi-tasker.
3. The candidate should have good MS office proficiency.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
