About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer tele-calling/sales prospecting (no cold-calling; all these are inbound leads).
2. E-commerce order processing & management.
3. Customer management across channels - WhatsApp, Emails, etc for order queries & prospecting.
4. Order tracking & return management.
5. Daily Management activities such as order management, packaging, etc.
6. Excel management & regular update.

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
