Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products/services.
2. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgetary constraints, and purchasing authority.
3. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to potential customers.
4. Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the company's CRM system.
7. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on insights gathered from customer interactions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
