Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to make repayments of loans.
2. Handling outbound calls to customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Maintaining and updating customer databases using MS-Excel to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Following up with clients via phone calls and emails to provide updates and gather feedback.
5. Collaborating with the Collection team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
6. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and customer satisfaction.
7. Providing regular reports to management on call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates.
