Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce and promote products/services
2. Generate leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about offerings
3. Engage with potential clients, build rapport, answer queries, and explain product features and benefits
4. Manage data by accurately recording customer interactions, feedback, and contact details in Excel spreadsheets
5. Follow up by scheduling calls with interested prospects and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely deal closure
6. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
7. Research the market to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities for effective pitching
8. Collect feedback from customers and relay insights to sales and product development teams for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

1. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
2. Demonstrate proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service
3. Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Display strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
5. Handle rejection and remain motivated
6. Possess basic computer skills
7. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
