About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to identify sales leads
2. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services
3. Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and get the Incentives according to the performance
5. Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency

Requirements:

1. He/She must be willing to learn new things every time
2. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
