1. Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar role in the financial services sector, preferably with 0-3 years of experience
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
4. Knowledge of education loan products and financial terminology is a plus
5. Goal-oriented mindset
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
7. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel
