Our client is a fast-growing insurance broking organization that is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as cold-calling/telecalling associates. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (corporate HR), primarily focusing on corporate accounts. Good communication skills in English are essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make cold calls to potential clients using the provided database
2. Promote and develop business related to events and programs centered around employee wellness and group health insurance
3. Provide information about our insurance solutions and services
4. Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the database
1. Strong communication skills in English
2. Previous experience in telemarketing or Tele-calling is a plus
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented
4. Good organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of insurance and corporate wellness programs is an advantage
