Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
2. Follow up with clients via phone and email to schedule appointments and provide information.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
4. Keep accurate records of all communications and updates in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
6. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
7. Meet monthly quotas for calls made, appointments scheduled, and leads generated.
