Key Responsibilities:

2. Respond to incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
