As a telecaller at Its Scope, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English and Hindi speaking skills while also utilizing your strong written English proficiency. Key responsibilities:

3. Maintain a database of client information and update records as needed using MS Excel
4. Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion

7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointment bookings to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
