Job Title: Telesales Executive (6-12 Months Experience)

We're after a Telesales Executive who's motivated and loves getting results to join our awesome team.
Key responsibilities include making calls to find potential customers, figuring out what they need, and selling them our products over the phone. You'll be a big part of helping us reach our sales goals.
What you'll do:
Call People: Reach out to possible customers on the phone to tell them about what we offer
Listen Well: Understand what customers want and see if we have what they need
Close Deals: Seal the deal and go above and beyond the sales targets you're given
Make Customers Happy: Give top-notch service through the sales journey
Keep Track: Write down everything that happens during your calls
What you'll need:
6-12 Months Experience: You've done this kind of thing before, or something similar, for at least 6-12 months
Know How to Sell: You've got a good grip on how sales work and how to do them well
Awesome Communication: You're great at talking, convincing, and negotiating
Connect with People: You can make friends over the phone and build trust easily
Go-Getter Attitude: You're positive, and you love smashing targets
Learn New Tech: You might not know CRM software now, but you're willing to learn
