Telesales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to pitch and sell credit card and loan products
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products
3. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively
4. Follow up with leads and ensure timely submission of necessary documents for applications
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates
6. Maintain an accurate database of leads and sales activity
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector
3. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrate the ability to explain financial products convincingly
5. Be target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals
6. Knowledge of CRM systems
7. Experience in financial product sales
