About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding of IT products and services offered by the company.
2. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to the products and services offered by the company.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and emails.
4. Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
5. Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
6. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
7. Creating monthly sales reports.
8. Be aware of the latest industry trends.
9. Coordinate with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.

• Adept knowledge of working with MS Office.

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Preferred skills and qualifications.

• A proven record of meeting sales targets is good to have.

• Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
