About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records using MS Excel.
3. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Help in organizing and coordinating events and promotional activities.
5. Utilize Hindi proficiency to communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking clients.
6. Support the team in creating and updating reports and presentations using MS Office.
7. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
