You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR and Admin teams and gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR operations and Administration support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and LMS systems to streamline HR operations.
2. Utilize HR analytics to generate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
3. Contribute to HR branding and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
4. Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage employees.
5. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives.
7. Accelerate talent acquisition by assisting with the ongoing recruitment requisites, pre-hiring assessments, and interviews, and increasing engagements on job portals and social media, etc.
8. Systemize HR Records repositories, evolve indexing process for rapid retrievals, and audit for consistency, completeness, and correctness
9. Support the HR & Admin team in various administrative tasks and projects.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline with a demonstrable interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR

2. Additional relevant certifications in organizational development, human resource development, change management, etc., preferred (or be willing to learn and utilize)

3. Freshers with a typical 3 to 6 months of relevant internship experience preferred (recent graduates preferred)

4. Good organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; and the ability to work effectively and manage a varied workload

5. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across the organization with various teams, and management

6. Strong MS – Office skills (preferably in Advanced Excel), along with graphical visualization abilities

7. Tech-Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office automation (e.g. excel macros etc.)

8. Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality

9. Strong Interpersonal skills; and ability to effectively influence and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 21,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,75,000 - 3,00,000 /year
