As a Visual Designer at BLEU, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a talented individual proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and who can illustrate, to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life through visually stunning designs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually engaging concepts for various marketing materials, including print ads, digital ads, social media graphics, and more
2. Creating impactful and cohesive brand identities for our clients that resonate with their target audience and effectively communicate their message
3. Developing and designing layouts for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement
4. Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design to continuously improve the quality of our work
6. Presenting and pitching design concepts to clients, and incorporating feedback to refine designs before final delivery
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful execution of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
