Requirements:
1. 5+ years of software engineering experience with a backend/platform focus
2. Experience breaking up monolithic applications/services into microservices
3. Ability to break big projects into small, testable pieces
4. Expertise in distributed microservices architecture using Docker containers, Node.js/TypeScript, and/or Ruby on Rails
5. Experience with React, React Native, Apollo Client, Redux, and Jest for unit testing
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business-driven solutions
7. Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Proven leadership qualities, including ownership, initiative, and integrity
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
