We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Analytics to manage our Mobile and Web analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, mobile, and web. Analytics preferably with an e-commerce/marketplace. As a Google Analytics Manager. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and customizing Firebase and GA4 to collect the data required and create dashboards for marketing, sales, and product teams. You will be analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our clients' digital marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using Google Analytics and other tools to uncover insights and trends that will increase user engagement
2. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
3. Provide recommendations for website and digital marketing optimization based on data analysis, A/B testing, GA4, and Firebase Data
4. Manage and maintain tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketers, developers, and designers to implement tracking requirements and optimize digital experiences
6. Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Google Analytics best practices, data interpretation, and reporting
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital analytics and measurement to continuously improve our analytics capabilities
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing
2. 2+ years of experience in web/mobile analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics/ Firebase
3. Google Analytics certification preferred
4. Proficiency in building dashboards, user access management on GA4
5. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website usability analysis, critical metrics for mobile application engagement and adoption
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
