A skilled professional who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for electronic media and prints while collaborating with our internal team of developers, copywriters, and designers.
An ideal candidate is one with expert knowledge of the latest design software, a team player, and an excellent communicator who would be able to take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs that connect. Key responsibilities:
1. Work on different projects and media using the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the company's business goals
2. Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards
3. Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.
4. Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projects
5. Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
6. Brainstorm and strategize with multiple clients and stakeholders toward the creation of better web pages, newsletters, presentations, programming collateral, and marketing materials
7. Employ best practices of the WordPress content management systems to upload quality work
8. Use trend intelligence to design and implement specific classifications
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mohali and neighboring cities
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline
Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign
Proficiency in Photoshop and Dreamweaver
Exceptional, innovative design skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Time-management skills for meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional graphic design experience in a marketing agency
Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
Photography experience
Knowledge of WordPress
Proficiency with photo-editing software
