1. Manage the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
2. Manage the conceptualizing and designing of the text provided by the Head of Department, Coordinators, or Teachers
3. Select formatting options, such as size and style of type, column width, and spacing
4. Coordinate with coordinators and teachers to produce the final layout of content, including school magazines
5. Ensure artwork is print-ready in terms of colors, fonts, and paper sizes
6. Provide expert advice on creating images and formatting plans
7. Take responsibility for proof corrections as provided by the HOD, coordinators, or teachers
8. Manage image editing and formatting efficiently
9. Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and develop interactive designs
10. Use innovation to redefine a design brief within cost and time constraints
11. Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design, while staying updated with emerging technologies
12. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
13. Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists
14. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
15. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
16. Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
Qualifications:
1. Graduate with a Diploma in Graphic Designing or a relevant field
2. 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field
