About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to banners, posts, and reels
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts
3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed
4. Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of design work
5. Prepare files for production, ensuring accurate and high-quality output for print or digital use
6. Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to team members.
7. Manage project deadlines

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign, etc)

4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

8. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

9. Experience working for brands related to the fashion industry is a plus

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
