We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to manage all design-related tasks independently. Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and video content that align with our marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, and the ability to manage all creative tasks independently. Prior experience in the real estate sector will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and flyers.
2. Create and edit videos for promotional campaigns, property walkthroughs, and client presentations.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging and effective visuals.
5. Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outputs.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure fresh and innovative content.
7. Prepare visual content for online platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
8. Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
