We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a range of projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, websites, logos, product packaging, and other design-related tasks. You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and communications teams to develop visual representations of the company's brand.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and design various materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, logos, websites, and other promotional materials
2. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to understand the company's brand guidelines, target audience, and project requirements
3. Create and deliver high-quality, visually appealing designs that are on brand and meet project deadlines
4. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software, tools, and techniques 6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of each project
7. Present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders 8) Edit and retouch photos and images as needed
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
2. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous design work and experience
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI-based tools etc.
4. Understanding of design principles and techniques such as color theory, typography, and layout design
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional team
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
