About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the onboarding process for new growth partners, focusing on franchisees and educators.
2. Identify and build relationships with potential partners, leveraging an existing network within the education industry.
3. Develop and implement strategies to attract teachers and education professionals to join our platform.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
5. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure success and growth of franchisees and partners.
6. Track performance metrics, and ensure targets for partner acquisition and engagement are met.
