1. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues, Desktop Support/Network Specialist/Server Administration
2. As a Desktop support providing hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, Upgrade, software operation and maintenance
3. As a network specialist design, maintain, monitor and repair computer network, ensure that the networks function efficiently

A server administrator configures and maintains servers and make sure IT infrastructure runs smoothly, Installing and configuring Server (OS) Locally and virtually, Creating Accounts as per the requirements, Develops and implements network maintenance SOP, Diagnoses and repairs hardware and network malfunctions, Ensure that security firewalls are updated regularly Wireless network, CCTV etc.
5. System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and security patches
6. . Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware components
7. Incident Response: Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following established procedures and protocols. This includes prioritizing and resolving issues based on their severity and impact on business operations
