HR Generalist Job

Key Responsibilities:

I. HR administration:

1. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
2. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating HR documentation and employee handbooks.
4. Handle routine HR administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
5. Conduct regular audits to assess HR processes and documentation for compliance.

II. Recruitment and staffing:

1. Coordinate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
3. Manage recruitment initiatives, including job postings and candidate pipeline management.

III. Employee relations:

1. Mediate employee conflicts and address workplace issues.
2. Implement employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment.
3. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.
4. Support HR managers in organizing employee engagement activities.

IV. Strategic HR partnership:

1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
2. Offer strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
3. Foster effective communication between HR and business units.

V. Leadership and development:

1. Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
