Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
2. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
3. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
4. Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers
5. Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
6. Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment status
7. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

2. 0-4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a similar service can be highly beneficial

3. Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive hiring decisions and improve processes

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates

5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

6. Result-oriented and Innovative approaches to sourcing candidates, including passive candidates

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
