Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Assisting with performance management processes, such as conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
5. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
6. Assisting with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
7. Providing support with HR analytics, such as compiling data and creating reports for management
