About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Retain existing employees by managing HR processes and initiatives
2. Ensure compliance with ESIC and PF payroll regulations
3. Maintain payroll, attendance, onboarding, offboarding, and asset management using the Keka HR platform
4. Support new recruitment efforts and conduct basic interviews for various roles
5. Assist with occasional client interactions as required
6. Provide additional executive assistant support to the Partners
