Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract top technical candidates
2. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate interviews and provide feedback
5. Extend offers to selected candidates and participate in salary negotiations
6. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives
8. Maintain recruitment data and generate reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
9. Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
