Key responsibilities:

1. Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
2. Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Coordinating performance appraisal processes and assisting in employee development and training initiatives.
4. Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports for management review and decision-making.
